Disable the back button in the Activities view

Hi Experts,

I need to disable the "BACK" button in the Activities view because if I press it, a POPUP is displayed indicating if you want to record the activity and it records it ignoring the validations that I have in the component.

Can you tell me how I could do it by code and where?
