Automatic Determination of Activities for Quality Notifications

I am looking for a user exit that I can use to automatically assign a set of activities to a plant maintenance notification. I know their is on for tasks as I have used it in the past but their doesn't appear to be one for actives which I find a bit strange. Any help would be much appreciated

At what point do you need these activities adding to the notification?

User-exit QQMA0025 can be used on notification creation.

I want to add them at the point of creation of the notification so I will use the user-exit you suggest.

I was original I was trying to added them from within a BDC that was creating the notification but ran into the issue that you can't add more than around 12 actives due to screen size issue. Thank you for coming back with the user exit
