No. of HU's shows count in storage bin,but the stock is empty in SAP EWM Monitor screen

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue where in the SAP EWM monitor screen (/scwm/mon) for a particular scrap bin the number of handling units count shows 121, but actually when we click on above button of Handling unit, there is no data found as per the monitor screen shot attached

In the Storage bin , we can see 3 products with available quantity zero, but quantity field has some data as per the attached screen shot of the storage bin.

We would need to remove the handling units from EWM but unable to do so, could you please advise.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards

Hi darshansap

My understanding: when changes are made in capacity related info (weight/volume ..etc...) for product or bin..etc after having stocks in bin so system could not able to calculate capacity correctly.

"also apart from the OSS notes is there any alternative workaround for it." - I do not know :(.

Kind Regards,

Ajit

Hello Ajit

Thanks for the update, the issue was resolved after raising OSS note to SAP team.

It was due to inconsistency in the capacity issue in our system.

Hi DARSHAN DESAI,

We have same issue just like you mentioned, and we had already implemented note 2333338 - CHM: Capacity correction.

But the check /SCWM/CHM_PRF doesn't report any inconsistency, is there further action need to be taken after you consult SAP team?
