AR Blanket Agreement - Monetary Method

Dear Experts,

Can you please help me out in my below requirements ?

If i choose monetary method in AR Blanket Agreement, it not allowing me to enter two rows, only one row is allowed.

I want to use blanket agreement for services.How can it use blanket agreement for service contract/agreement. And I can't use service module-service contract, because service contract is on customer, item group and serial number.

My client is providing the services to the client but without having any combination. If there is any combination, i could make it as service item.

So i want to use blanket agreement as contract & sale order as service order and invoice.

Hi

if you use the sales order as service contract:

- you can use the same item in several lines (you can change the description in the line).

- you can create delivery notes for the consumed amount.

- you can use numatfield to refer the contract number, or create an UDF to do this.

- you can create alarms to control the consumed amount.

you need to control the amounts of the offered services, and know the consumed amount, is this what you need?

does the customer change the type of the service?

does the customer contract any type (one, two, ..) services?

Yes, I want to control the services and amount of services. both

Actually each service will have two parts. for example Gold & Silver

For Example:

ZEBRA1-Gold-1qty-100amt

ZEBRA1-Silver-1qty-120amt

total = 220

both will be considered as one service and amount of the service would be 220.

Like gold & silver, they have multiple attributes.

They combine and sell it as service. They don't have any specific combination.

So I can make it only one thing i.e, ZEBRA1 as service item and rest all attributes are udf's.

But if i do this, how can i register in blanket agreement, because same item will come twice in rows which system is not allowing?

if you create an item as service and you use this item for blanket agreement row. Can you explore this option?

You need as items as different services your customer offers.
