Solman 7.2 SP5 Zero Created records are showing in Incident and problem management Dash Board

Good Day ,In Solution manager 7.2 SP5 ITSM : Incidents,problems ,SR's are not showing in Incident and problem management Dash Board ,I can see Some error like Duration (XZ2H9R3AS1Q8R6ZM ) : 0SPR_PR_CLOSED_4W. This might be the reason Zero records are showing in BW Incident ,Service request Cubes data Targets ..?
Please suggest me how to fix this issue .Basis teamhave already successfully finished All Configurations .
