Update C4C products from CPQ

Hi

When I try to update products from CPQ to C4C we are facing and error "Creating data not possible creation disabled". The products and total amount from CPQ can't be updated into C4C. The relevant configuration in the C4C, CPI, CPQ has been done.

Could you please tell me what I need to do in order to avoid this issue ?

I'm attaching an image and payload file related to this issue.

This should help you understand the reason for the error. If the issue is still unresolved, please open an incident with SAP Support and provide the payload.

I've just checked and I've noticed that I can't add AGN as item type under Sales Quote. This item type exist under the code mapping list.

I created a ticket for this issue.
