Integration of SAP Field Service Management with S/4 HANA On Premise 1909 FPS1

Hello community,

We are integrating SAP Field Service Management with S/4 HANA OP Release 1909 FPS1 via cloud platform integration and the prepackaged content (last update 03042020)

After implementing the master data integration we are stucking while replicating service order from S/4 HANA OP to FSM.

We are facing an http 401 error for iflow Route Payload from SAP S4HANA to SAP Field Service Management for

the inbound communication between CPI and S/4 HANA OP. (Configuration of the iflow is double checked with the integration guide)

There are no anomalies in the logs of the cloud connector so far. Furthermore the handshake between the systems cloud connector and S/4 HANA OP looks fine.

By the way: Integration of SAP Sales Cloud via CPI / Cloud Connector works fine for this system.

Does anyone else detected the same problem? And has a solution for this?

Do you have any documentation on this ? If so, can you please share the link ?

We are trying to integration S4 HANA OP to FSM. I heard that we can do it in two ways ( using CPI and FSM connector from proaxia)

I am confused which is the best way to proceed further.

Hello Anil,

we had a session with SAP support (thanks again guys). I can confirm that you need to pay attention on the client which is entered within the service definition (TA SICF). Especially when you are working with more then one client on a system.

Hi Stephan,

I hope you had solved this issue. Can you confirm is it because of OData service activation issues in S4? Also, I have a query, what are the values you have configured for x-client-id and x-client-version parameters? I have just started working on this integration.

Hello Anil,

maybe you have already solved the issue. We configured the x-client-id with the account id which is available within FSM. The parameter x-client-version we left empty.
