create demand for machineries to run MRP and to trigger PRQ's

Dears,

for your kind support, currently we are releasing PRQ's for all the materials in stores (like equipment , raw materials etc.) manually and we would like to change the process like to update demand for such SKU's and run MRP and MRP to trigger PRQ's .is it possible ?

what we are planning is - update sales orders for those SKU's by each department and run MRP , finally when the goods issuing user department , issuance to consume the sale orders (201) is it possible ?

next option , to update demand in MD61 and run MRP and then the 201 consume the demand ?

Is there any standard options in SAP to update any demand for raw materials, equipments in SAP?

Dear Vijesh

Your process is fine and can be achieved by using strategy Group 70 with Req Type VSFB.

PIR to be create based on the forecasting .Purchase Requisition to be generate based on PIR .Material to be stock based on the PR.

when the user will create material reservation with movement 201 then it will consume PIR. Please Ensure following material master parameter in MRP3 & MRP4 View.

Strategy Group =70, Mix MRP=1 , Consumption Mode =02, Bwd Cons=100, Fwd Cons=100, & Ind/coll Indicator =2 ,
