Customer creation error - Same Business roles and access rights

Hi Community,

I have activated a Business User with the exact same Business roles and Access rights and Views as my profile, however, she gets an error when trying to create a Customer (both for Accounts/Individual accounts).

Although, she can access to any Customer's page (if previously created by another user for instance).

The error occurs when pressing the button Save/Save and open (see picture below).

I can't seem to get the issue origin here... Can anyone identify a clue here?

    My suggestion would be to try to replicate the issue by creating another new business user in the same way you did before. If the error is also present here, raise a ticket at SAP. Otherwise, delete the business user and recreate it anew.

    This needs to be analysed further to identify the cause behind this error , please report an Incident to SAP Support .
