unable to share score cards results in information steward

Hi all,

i am trying to share my score cards results with other members, i used to click on the share button on the score card page and send them the link so they can access the score cards results but for now it is not working i get the following error message

Either the key data domains are not defined or the last run scores are not available. (DPR-10193)

the score card is run manually on daily basis i can see results and export failures but i cant share it

Hi Laith,

Last run scores refer to the result of the last execution of the calculate scorecard utility in CMC.

You can execute this utility manually or schedule within CMC navigating to Applications > Information Steward > Manage Utilities. Under actions you can select Run Now or Schedule.

If you only manually execute the score calculation directly in IS the last run date and last run scores will not be calculated.

Please schedule a run or manually trigger it in CMC - that should fix your issue.
