Migration of Rate Plan product from SAP CRM 7 to SAP S4/HANA SOM

We have subscription products in SAP CRM SOM, now customer is planning to migrate to S4/HANA 1909. Is there a standard approach in S4/HANA 1909 to migrate SAP CRM SOM products ? please help.
