why cant i bring in or have the options to create and use third party widgets in SAC?

Hello Experts,

I don't see an option to import or open widgets in SAC! is there any role or privileges required for it?

Also , in trial version i didn't see the option to create widgets/? why so?

Hi Gabriel,

I doubt that the options to create and deploy custom widgets are included in the trial version. There is also a permission that needs to be included in one of the roles assigned to you called 'Custom Widget'.

Hi Gabriel,

A role is a set of permissions with a certain purpose like a viewer or creator role. I usually create separate roles for features like enabling custom widgets so you can stack these roles by assigning multiple to the same team.
