Dear Experts:

My requirement in salary calculation formula is [gross pay-(gross pay/26 * no of lop days)].

I want to use it in ZNP1- 10 -specification (1).

Actually I need the loss of pay calculation in following stages everything under one processing class 10 with specification 1.

1. Loss of Pay for full day
2. Loss of pay for hourly basis deduct
3. Salary process on actual working days
4. If LOP is 1 day in the month then it would like to calculate factoring should be (26-1)=25 days or if LOP is 2 day then would be (26-2)=24 day's but if 26 day's Lop where 4 day's are weekly off then salary would be zero because (26-26)=0 day.

full salary/mid month join//mid month separation/full day lop/half day lop.

Hi Vicky,

yes you can do it.

For you question number 1,2 and 3 you can use TASOLL operation (i.e. work days) with Specification 1.but for hourly employee you need to go with different specification .
