Webhook not working - conflicting entities?

Hi, I've built a prototype to support a user assistance community at SAP. One of the skills is supposed to dynamically return deadline information from a page on SAP Help Portal containing multiple subpages (SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud pages) through a Java application. For this purpose, I've implemented two webhooks. I'm currently testing the pages containing the deadlines for SAP S/4HANA 1610 SPS08. The first webhook returns all deadlines from a help portal page and works fine. The second webhook is supposed to return specific deadlines, for example, translation close, release to customer, etc., but doesn't work. I've defined the following entities: topictitle (refers to the titles of the deadlines topics) deadlinename (refers to the specific deadlines per deadline topic) Recast doesn't recognize them, especially topictitle. There seems to be a conflict with other entities.

How can I solve this? I'd be happy to share my bot with you so that we can have a closer look at the issue together.

Many thanks! Francesco

    Hi Francesco,

I'm not quite sure what your issue is and if it's related to webhooks or rather that you're having two entities that are very similar and therefore not recognized correctly?

Can you detail out what the issue is?
If you have issues with the training data of your entities, you might also want to test this out with the "Test" tool on the right side of the screen.

    Regards
    Jonas
