Embedding CAI chatbot in Successfactors using SAP CAI Webclient

Hi,

I created a chatbot using SAP CAI. I need this chatbot to be on the Successfactors. I am trying to use SAP CAI Web client channel for connection because i need the SSO feature also. I checked for previous blogs for using the SAP CAI Webclient but mostly i find everything is for SAP fiori launchpad. I need some clarification on

1) How to use SAP CAI webclient for successfactors?

2) How to use SSO feature in Webclient?

3) web client finally produce a script . where i need to paste the script in successfactors or how to use it in the successfactors?

    Hi Leonardo Gomez ,

    I further clarified about this scenario with SAP. I came to know that Embedding CAI into Successfactors is currently not possible and they provide no support on it. But the team is working on this solution and we can look forward to it in forthcoming updates.

    Hi,

    Regarding the SAP Conversational AI Web Client + SSO, you have to use the destinations as described in our documentation here : https://help.sap.com/viewer/a4522a393d2b4643812b7caadfe90c18/latest/en-US/91d0a85c9cb04e7297e3dd23ae7a8448.html

    Note: as for our next product release, you'll need to have an "Enterprise edition" version of SAP Conversational AI to use SSO and destinations (see our blog https://cai.tools.sap/blog/multi-tenancy-activation-changes/ for more info).

    As for the script integration, hope an SAP SuccessFactors colleague can handle your question, should be an easy move.

    Hi,

    I'm interested in the conclusion. Is it possible to embed the webclient in Success Factors and use the SSO feature? or is it only for the Fiori Launchpad?
