As the name suggests - this is used for processing DELINS/DELJIT IDOC.
You can view the assignment of the FM to DELI inbound process code in WE42.

The function module is used for configuration Scheduling Agreements. You can find out the details as below:
Process code: DELI
Message type: DELINS
Basic type: DELFOR02
Also check the status of the FM before using it.

I know its use but i am unable to find relevant information about it on the internet Kindly let me know how it works .the flow of wokind and tables and structure used in the function module.
