Hi everybody,
as the question in the subject line already indicates: Are there (meanwhile) possibilities to connect further fallback channels to a chatbot besides Intercom and SAP Contact Center?
To what extent is it possible to connect own fallback channels via Webhooks or the Consume API?

Although this is probably a late reply, for the benefits of others, there are no plans to add any more fallback channel on top of the existing ones at the moment.
