Cannot Import Crystal Report - "User Code Not Defined"

Hi all,

I am trying to import 3 Crystal Reports into a database, but receive the following error when attempting to do so (via Report and Layout Manager -> Import):

"User code not defined."

I am able to upload these crystal reports on other databases without any issues.

How do I resolve this issue? Thanks!

Which database it is working and which database not?

It is not working on the production database for one of my clients; however, it is working on their test database and I also imported it into a "test" production database we have and it also works. I connect to these databases via. PSU through the Cloud Control Center.. we are also on HANA.

Hmm, the only option I can see is your user login. Please login into your database and try to import

I had someone else try and they were not able to import it either; they receive the same error.

Hello,

I belive you are affected with the issue related to the note

1532509 - Cannot Import Crystal Report Templates into SAP Business One

You need to raise incident with SAP Support if the query doesn't retrive any result.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks! When I Print Preview the Crystal Report (outside SAP), it allows me to connect to the database and I can even preview the data from the database. Unfortunately it is when I try to upload a "Report' type Crystal Report into the system when this issue occurs. 😞 I am able to upload Crystal Report layouts without any issue.

I will review here the note. Thank you!
