New Task List & Operation Report (IA38/IA39)

Has anyone activated the new Task List & Operation report (IA38/IA39) via this OSS Note:

If so, could you post a few screen-shots to shows us how it looks.

Hi, jp.molenaar2I am using S4/HANA 1909. We have implemented this note but unable to see the Business Function LOG_EAM_SIMPLICITY_14. However system give an error message to activate Business Function LOG_EAM_CI_14

Will you please tell me that this reports (IA38/IA39) can also provide the list component (materials) assigned in the task list operation?? if yes, please share some screen shots...
