Issue with Desktop Agent. Login screen never close

Hello,

I had an issue with the login. The windows with the login and password never disappear. It says “Login Successful” but the status on the desktop agent is “Waiting for User to Enter Credentials “.

if i close the login windows the status of the desktop agent change to “Error Unable to Complete Authentication”

I tried

• the change on the regedit (add registry key CtxtRun.exe with value (in decimal) 11000 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION)
• the Command prompt ("ctxtrun.exe -tenantURL <your tenant url> -nocheck")
