1.Best seamless experience and easy to access for the users from any anywhere specially while working from homes.
Skype FB, Webex and Adobe connect tools are good and very similar in use, however Skyoe for business is only working for the on premise version, so its reliable functionality will depend on infrastructure where it is setup.
2.Breakout Rooms Feature: In case of bulk participates that need to be engaged in same time. Breakout options help instructor to divide them into virtual groups and engage with them in parallel.
It can be done, but it is very manual and not automatized like in Zoom.
3.Instructor/facilitators playing Videos in middle of training.
Depending on internet connections for send and receive three tools can do that
4.Live Exam or Quiz options
For this you will need to use a third party tool like:
5.Tracking the attendance based on the active time spent by the user in virtual session.
Only tool which pass attendance is Webex, and it is not based on time spent.
For other tools attendance will be validated manually.
6.More collaborative experience for the users.
Three tools are very similar you can share screen, audio, take control and with skype you also can share documents.
I think Skype FBOP and Adobe connect are a little tricky for setup, while webex is very simple and easy to change setup. that's why I recommend Webex as the most adapted tool for SF LMS.
