How to remove Components from smartedit create list

How can specific CMS Components and Actions can be removed from smartedit create list? Trying to create a new component, for a component, which accepts any SimpleCMSComponent, lists every sub-type components of SimpleCMSComponent and all actions associated with it, even those that are blacklisted for edit in cmsStructureTypeBlacklistSet. How can they be removed ?
