Calling CVAPI_DOC_CHECKIN over RFC reaches timeout cause of SAPHTTP

when I'm trying to check in a document using the CVAPI_DOC_CHECKIN function block over RFC I'll end up in a timeout cause of a while loop which tries to launch SAPHTTP (as far as I guess).

When calling the function I'm setting PF_DOKAR, PF_DOKNR, PF_DOKTL and PF_DOKVR to proper values.

After debugging a while I'm ending up at SCMS_FE_START_REG_SERVER which calls SYSTEM_START_REG_SERVER which calls GWY_GET_NO_REG_PROGRAMS in a while loop which never succeeds.

When I'm calling CVAPI_DOC_CHECKIN from within SAP using the Debugger everything works fine.

I've also tried to set PF_FTP_DEST and PF_HTTP_DEST to "SAPFTPA" / "SAPHTTPA" (which I found somewhere in a post) but this seems to fail cause there are no entries in SDOKPROF).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards
