When I create a LSMW the recording is fine, it reads all data and converts all data but when I go to upload the dat it cuts the last column with the below error:

Cursor field KONP-KBETR(5) does not exist in the screen
Field KONP-KSCHL(5) does not exist in the screen SAPMV13A 0201

I have tried everything from making my fonts smaller to scrolling down - nothing has worked.

Please help:(

When you record LSMW like conditions and characteristics in class you should never scroll down using mouse try page down option in key board and rearrange the screen fields after recording. I suggest you to use standard input for Info record cause there will never be such kind of issue.

It depends on your local PC screen resolution how many item lines you get into one screen.

Recording shall be used when no standard import method is given - which is available for info records and conditions.

a recording is static, the program expects everything like it was recorded, if you have another record in your upload file that has less than 5 lines then you get into the next trouble as you have no values for the 5th line . Such situation would require an extra recording for each variation of lines. Better use the standard import methods

What will be the standard import method:|

In the first step of LSMW you have the option for batch/direct input ; BAPI and IDoc (beside of recording)

Just make use of F4 to search for the standard object in either one. Sometimes you you find an import in all of them, like for material master, sometimes just in one of them. If you find several ways then just use the one you are familiar with at most. Actually there is not really much difference, only the number of target fields is much higher than in your recording. But in the recording you had also seen a lot fields in your screens and have just chosen certain fields by maintaining a value. So you got finally less fields into the mapping step with a recording, and with the standard methods you omit actually the recording step and select the fields that you use in the mapping step directly.

Ok thank you, let me try and see :D
