Problem launching Fiori apps through SAP GUI

Hi,

Need your assist and advise. I tried to create new bank account using tcode FI12 in SAP S/4HANA. When I click the button, it's directly go to the webpage. But the problem is the site can't be reached. What the first step I should to take a look to analyze the problem?
