update STO Delivery ATPCAT

Hi,

I have requirement to change the ATPCAT of STO delivery when it is transferred from S4 to APO ,

I tried writing logic in include ZXCIFU14 and ZXCIFU16 but it doesnt seem to work.Please help.Urgent
