How to Stop New users receiving activation mail in SAC

Hi ,

When i'm creating new Users and specifying their mail id's ,Users are automatically receiving mails with activation link to their emails (i.e. from SAP Analytics Cloud <donotreply@sap.com> )

Client doesn't want automatic emails to be send, as they have configured single sign on through OKTA.

Kindly please suggest how to stop sending automatic emails with activation links to users while new users are created.
