By default, when you save a new report from Crystal to a folder in the BI Platform, it takes either the file name or the title that is set in the properties of the report. You should take the ".rpt" off the end of the report title.

If you want to change the title after it's been published, you'll find the report in the Folder section of the CMC, right-click on it and go to Properties. You can change the title there. Be sure to click on either "Save" or "Save & Close" when you're done.

HI Dell, thank you for the repoy. I did exactly what you mentioned. I changed the the title under Properties and it does not refelect the changes. It also prints the date and time and the time zone as well. Where would I go to remove them from the report.

    Thank you

Hi, I found out that I need to have Crystal Designer to change the Title(heading) of the report.

Where do I go to get a copy of this?
