I'm trying to run one of the supplied bots in the SAP Best Practice (simple purchase requisitions) but it gets stuck in the step that has to send the mail with Outlook. I have in my laptop Outlook 2013 installed. To check if the issue was related to the Outlook version I installed Outlook 365 and set it as default and suddenly it works. When I change to the default version 2013 the process gets stuck. Are there any limitations in the versions of Outlook that can be used?
