Generating SOD rules

Hello experts,

I´m trying to generate the SOD rules for a new Logical System. I´ve followed this instructions:

Problem is rules are not generated for the new Logical System. I´ve checked on table GRACACTRULE.

1 - Adjusted parameters 1023, 1024, 1025 and 1026;

2 - Configured the AUTH scenario.

3 - Maintained Connectors and Conenction Types.

4 - Generated Rules.

It´s working for another Logical System and I don´t know why for this one isn´t. Both connectors are from ECC and at the same Connector Group. Any advice here?

AND table GRACACTRULE contains only user created Risk details or all Risk id which are part of assocaited Ruleset (GLOBAL) ?
