Open text - VIM - work item locked by user (enqueue error)

Hello,

We have implemented Opentext for vendor invoice management.

Some documents are not seen in the dashboard.

For these issues I see that the work item is locked.

The error is, “work item locked by user (enqueue error)”

Could someone please advice on how to resolve this?

try to check in the SM12 transaction with that user ID and release any locks.

do remember to check if there are any lock for that DP document in the /ORS/INV*LOCK table when you release these locks.

Where are you getting this issue. If it is in the VIM Workplace then you have to check with SAP Opentext and get it resolved. If that does not work then you can implement enhancement point and fix the VIM Worplace. You need ABAP coding and good workflow skill
