It would be helpful to know which answer(s) solved the problem that has been posted. Unless I am missing something, there is no way I can tell which answers were helpful, and which solved the problem
How about displaying the points that were allocated to each post, so that you can quickly determine which answers were relevant in solving the problem.
Next to reach reply in a thread there is a "star" provided the person who asked the question and assigned points.
Yellow star - helpful answer
Green Star - very helpful answer
Blue Star - solved
The star shows right in the thread.

In order to do this Richard would have had to have marked his question as a question when he posted it (he didn't originally so I have gone in and updated so it now is a question).
Now Richard, can give Craig points if he chooses, and give some to Gregor for pointing out how to use the point system :-).
