    Hello Nakul,

HTTP 401 error code says that the user is not authorised. Can you please check the credentials?

Also, please check whether SAP_ALL profile is regenerated?

    thanks,

    S.P.Kandasami

    • Hello,

I have done both the steps. I have also used that user in SAP GUI.

also, Can I know if this user id and password is required to maintain somewhere in cloud connector?

    Nakul,

Have you maintained the right Location information in Connection details? HTTP/HTTPS protocol?

It is required to maintain the credentials only in Connection details, not anywhere else.

When are you getting this HTTP-401 unauthorised error? Which transaction you are planning to test?

    thanks,

    S.P.Kandasami

    Hello,

Yes, I have maintained all correct details in CIG. I am getting this error when I click on Test button with CIG. Screenshot attached. document type is kept Any.

I Cannot attach anything here a y company policy doesn't allow.

If you can share your email id, I will share screenshots.

    Please Advice.

    Regards,

    Nakul

    Hello,

My BasIS colleague told me that in cloud connector resource he sees the path /sap/bc/srt/xip/arba

but on checking in backend HANA system node arba does not exist.

could this be the reason? if yes then can you tell me where in config it is mentioned to have this node created.

    Hello All,

issue was that SOA Services Alias were not activated via SOAMANAGER.

Because of this the cloud connector was unable to find the path to place the file in S/4 HANA.

BASIS team activated and maintained the alias.

    Regards,

    Nakul
