2 Hiearachies in a Story / How to define which hierachies should be used?

I would like to build a story with planning input in SAP Analytics Cloud. Now we have like two companies with different costtype hierarchies. I have a story filter to choose first the company - I'd like to have also a rule which says for Company A, use Hierarchy A and for Company B use Hierarchy B. My first idea was to use an advanced filter...
