NWBC - CHIP Catalog loading issue

We are trying to change NWBC home page [Need to add 'Enterprise Search']

NWBC -->Clicked setting / Wrench button --> Customization --> Clicked on 'CHIP Catalog'

Nothing happens other than spinning wheel and after 1-2 mins time out 500 Internal error displayed

Any pointers to this issue?
