Changes available in production is lost

Hi,

Two months back did some changes in development system and it was moved to production. Now we are unable to see the changes in production but the same changes are still available in development system and quality system.

In change history also , there are no logs available .

Please suggest how suddenly changes not available in production system and how it got lost.

Also how to find which transport request got overlapped with other person transport request.

In between we could find solution manager upgrade happened

If this is about role changes you can query table E071 with the role name as OBJ_NAME to find all transports with this role. From there you can go through the transport logs to find if they crossed each other.
