Funds Management/BCS Monthly Budget Control?

Hello, Im using funds management/commitment items/ BCS to do my budget, after i planned my budget for the entire year, i generated the budget for control ledger 9H and have been able to enter values, the issue is, when i post using FB00, it checks against the entire budget (from period 1 to 12) not per period. is there a way to solve that?

Hi,

That's normal. Budget is controlled annually (or on multi-annual basis). In order to control it on monthly level, you have to use a specific FM assignment object for it. The most suitable one is Budget Period. Search this platform: there is plenty information about this already
