Migration from Classic G/L to S/4 HANA

Hi All,

Client using classic G/L, wants to migrate to S/4 HANA 1809 or the latest release.

In S/4 HANA, New G/L activation is mandatory or activated by default and its functionalities like document splitting, parallel ledgers can be activated through a sub project.

My client don't want to activate document splitting and parallel ledgers/non leading ledgers functionalities.

I would like to confirm whether this is possible or not.

Certainly you can migrate to S/4HANA and not activate document splitting, etc. and just use one ledger.

    Does this answer your question?
