The asymmetric algorithm (RSA/ECB/PKCS1Padding) in SAP ECC

Hi All Experts,

Does any one have idea how to use The asymmetric algorithm (RSA/ECB/PKCS1Padding) in SAP ECC for encryption of payload data for sending as api payload encrypted using public key provided by government portal .

which class or FM will be used.

For Example : Public key : JF+yZ+1yu0maIHx+n4R7yuWlq0topa1kLcnrJG5H1p8JF+yZ+1yu0maIHx+n4R7yuWlq0topa1kLcnrJG5H1p8=".

i don' t know to send encypt json using the asymmetric algorithm (RSA/ECB/PKCS1Padding) in SAP ECC.
