Please provide information on How to Archive old Success Factors Goals and Performance Forms .

Select the goal and choose Edit. Change the Category to Archive and save.

Hey Prabhu,

In order to archive forms, you can go to the tool in the Admin Center called Form Template Settings. Select the form(s) you want to archive by selecting the check box next to them. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select the button "Disable". This will archive the forms.

Note: You can follow the same process to Enable the forms in the future if there is a need to access them again.
