Hello, after HANA upgrade to version (fa/hana2sp04) my client is facing some issues launching tx MD01N in S/4 HANA 1709.

The problem is an online DUMP MESSAGE_TYPE_X CL_PPS4_MRP_DISPATCHER========CP followed by various DUMPS AMDP_DBPROC_CREATE_FAILED CL_PPH_READ_MASTER============CP.

While running the database procedure CL_PPS4_MRP_RUN=>MAT_PLANT_MRP an attempt was made to create database procedure CL_PPH_READ_MASTER=>READ_MAT_MRP_CTRL_PARAMS . The following error occurred: SQL code of the database: 1306 SQL message from the database: "return type mismatch: Procedure CL_PPH_READ_MASTER=>READ_MAT_MRP_CTRL_PARAMS: "ET_CTRL"[ MATNR:NVARCHAR(40) WERKS:NVARCHAR(4) BERID:NVARCHAR(10) SGT_CSGR:NVARCHAR(4) SGT_COVSA:NVARCHAR(8) SGT_STAT:NVARCHAR(1) SGT_REL:NVARCHAR(1) SGT_COVS:NVARCHAR(8) SGT_S"

Thanks in advance for any help.

I would suggest raise an OSS message with SAP or search note for this dump for 1709 environment.

Please refer SAP KBA 2403797 - MD01N: Short dump AMDP_DBPROC_CREATE_FAILED

The report ZAMDP_REPAIR_LLANG_PROCEDURES from SAP Note 2352001 should resolve the issue.

Also check SAP note 2827659 - Dump in MRP live: AMDP_EXECUTION_FAILED

    Best Regards,

Hello again, DUMP AMDP_DBPROC_CREATE_FAILED have been resolved by revoke some SNOTES.

We are facing now the original DUMP for MD01N:

    Technical information about the message:

    Message class....... PPH_MRP

    Number.............. 019

I have tried all kind of SNOTES but no one works. Someone else facing this problem?

    Thanks in advance!
