Ravi.

Hi Ravi,

As per standard, the below article categories are NOT supported as part of DRFOUT for PMAT, in saying that all other ATTYP(Article categories) should be supported.

20 Merchandise category article
21 Hierarchy article
22 Group article
30 Merchandise category reference article

Also note that the product type in CAR in /DMF/PROD table (equivalent of ATTYP in MARA in ECC) has a different naming convention though(as shown below). "05" is the variant of the Generic article from ECC.

01 Simple
02 Generic
10 Header of Sales Set
11 Header of Prepack
12 Header of Display
13 Coupon
05 Variant of ERP Generic Article

I would recommend you to check with your developer if you can apply a custom filter logic using filter class "CL_DMF_PRODUCT_FILTER" and try again, else it would be ideal to raise a ticket with SAP to get this resolved.

Thanks,

Aram.

Hi Ravi,

PMAT typically contains SAP provided standard filters for Article type and Merchandise Category. Can you check if you have the below filter(shown in the attachment) is in place and try replicating once again.

Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Aram.

Hi Aram,

Thanks for your response.

As I have checked in our configuration that you mentioned in the screenshot I have found only 2 standard filter criteria(1. Material Type & 2. Material Group) However I have not found any other criteria(i.e. Material Category-ATTYP) whereas I have taken help from our technical team. So far we are getting an error due to this ATTYP which is not allowing lower than 20. But as per our business requirement we handle generic articles which must have ('01 & '02). Please help me out to add this Material category if we can accept the required field value

Hi Ravi,

Firstly I take it that it is the first time DRFOUT is being used in the system you are referring to.

How have you maintained your filters in DRFF?

Have you replicated PMCH already?

If you have replicated PMCH successfully and you have added both your material type and material group/categories and it is still not replicating. You will then need to look at the configuration of the business objects and the filters (are you using explicit simple or complex filters?)

I suggest providing some additional information so we can help you.

Hi Kyle, Thanks for your response.

1. DRFF: As I have checked in our configuration, I have found only 2 standard filter criteria(1.

2. PMCH: As you mentioned while I was trying to add the "explicit simple" or "Explicit complex model" it is asking general parameters that I have confusion to maintain it. Please let me know which one will be relevant to maintain this.
