I download crforvs13sp26_0-10010309.

I also download and install CR13SP26MSI32 AND 64.

Getting the error on web-conf.

Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Source Error:

1. You don't need to install the .MSI files on the development machine. You just need the crforvs13..., which is the integration with Visual Studio. The .MSI files are for use when deploying your application.

2. The version that your config is looking for is older than the version that you've downloaded and installed, so you either need to upgrade all of the CrystalDecisions references (delete them and then re-add them to your References to get the current version) or, if you go to the CR for VS wiki and look for "WinFormCSViewer.zip" you'll find a link to a KB article about how to update the configuration file (even though you have a web app, not a WinForms app).
