Problem sync with MI Client

Dear All,

I face an issue while clicking on 'Sync' of mobile client installed. I'm returned with the following error:

Synchronisation problems: Transport-layer (http) sync exception raised (root cause: Exception while synchronizing (java.io.IOException: No InputStream available from: http://testsvr:50000/meSync/servlet/meSync?sysid=ECP&client=800&~language=EN&ACKNOWLEDGE=&))

However when I go for the url (Testing Synchronization)

http://<Server>:<Port>/meSync/servlet/meSync?~sysid=<System

ID>&~login=<User

name>&password=<Password>&client=<Client>&~language=<Language>

&acknowledge=X&test=true&

It returns correctly with

URL Connection Test

&WAF_SYNC&STATUS=&Execution Time= & HeaderType = MEREPLICATION &MORE_PACKAGES_WAITING = &

Please Help me with correctly configuring the client.

Regards,

Chaitanya.

hey

These MI clients are very unstable. You could try restarting your MI server and reinstalling your client.

Is your MI client less than or equal to your WAS version?

If these are satisfied then there might be a firewall problem

hello,

-have you renamed your 'abc.props' file into 'ECP.props' in your was server? valorize this file as WAS install guide write.

- synchonize your your local mi client , then go to link 'settings': have you the 'device id' field not null?

- in your was web console have you any entry for your miclient user?

let me know

bye
