Org Chart - Expand All and Export

This is really 2 questions:

1) Is there the ability to expand your entire Org Chart from the top down showing everyone? Currently we have to open every leader in order to show our entire workforce

2)We did go through the exercise of expanding all leaders so we could see the entire Org (took quite a while). And then when we went to export it we got an error message that says "The amount of data requested was too big to process by your browser. You can try to reduce the export size, or in some cases you can use a different browser. Please contact your System Administrator." Does anyone have any thoughts on an alternative way or how we can load our entire org?
