How can we create a new Advanced Search Pane

Hi,

I have one question regarding adaptation of search filters like My accounts. Is it possible to create additional Advanced Search Panes?

Thanks,

Bernarda

    Hi Bernerda,

In C4C, OWL UI can have just ONE advance search pane and within that you can define multiple queries using PDI or KUT based on your set up.

May I ask why do you need 2 advance search pane and how you are going to use it? From the business point of view everything can be covered within a single advance search pane as SAP standard does allow you to add a new query or modify teh standard queries using layout adaptation

    Hi Saurabh,

in the account filters we have an Advanced search pane with 4 sections: general, sales data, address, team. Why can't we add an addtionnal section here?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

    Hi Bernerda,

Got it. Based on my experience you cannot add any further section in standard OWL screen. You need to add your custom fields within the standard section like General etc etc.

However, for custom OWL screen you can create as many sections as you want using "SectionGroups" property of FindFormPane as shown.
