when an email address has been set on the suppression list and an email is sent to that address I get the following response which is also visible in SAP Marketing Cloud:
In the Best Practices and Deliverability Guide in APPENDIX B there is some information about the suppression reasons and the time how long it will stay on the list.
But how to find out by which reason the email address has come to the suppression list?
In my case there I have sent out three email-campaigns on one day to the contact and after the first one it obviously has been set to the Suppression list. I want to prevent that in the future.
