Uploaded file attachments are not saved in SAP S/4 HANA Backend

Hi All,

I have configured My Inbox FIORI App to Approve Purchase Order. This application allows user to upload attachment from front-end (My Inbox apps-Po) before approve/reject actions. When I am going to upload attachments, these are shown in FIORI as "successfully uploaded". After the Approve/Reject PO,unable to locate and save file that attachment in S/4 HANA system(SAP Back end)

Please find the below information for system .

Apps Name: My Inbox Approve Purchase Order (S/4 HANA)

Data Base: S/4 HANA.

Version: 1709 SP1

SAP Gateway :(S/4 HANA)

SAP Back end : (s/4 HANA)

My Inbox: 2.0

Query:

1. Is it possible to save file attachment from My Inbox standard apps to sap back end.

2. If standard My Inbox will not save file from fiori app to SAP back end,then what is soution for saving file from My inbox to SAP back end.

3. Any BADI is there for file saveing.

Please suggest solution for this anyone.
