Netweaver 7.52 SP4 Developer Edition - modlib.jslib.caughtException

Hi folks,

i'm trying to install NW7.52 SP2 according to the installtion Guide on

https://blogs.sap.com/2019/07/01/as-abap-752-sp04-developer-edition-to-download/

I always get the following exception during the installtion process.

modlib.jslib.caughtException

can Someone help me.
