Link production supervisor to cost center

Hello Experts,

I have one request in which they are asking " The new production supervisor should be linked to the same cost center as for existing production supervisors".

How I can link production supervisor to cost center,as per my knowledge work center is assigned to cost center, is there any customization for assigning production supervisor/scheduler to the cost center.

Hello,

You can use User Responsible same as production supervisor SAP user ID in cost center in KS02.

In work center you can also have Person responsible same as production supervisor, create it as same key.

Thanks for the response

But Here i am creating new production supervisor through SPRO->Production Planning for Process Industries->Process Order->Define Production Supervisor,based on requirement and the requirement is link this newly created production supervisor to particular cost center.

Hello,

Please note there is no direct link of it Production Supervisor and User responsible of cost center.

Workaround is to create new Production Supervisor which is 3 digit key. Then for the same Production Supervisor SAP user ID should be same, which can be assign in cost center as user responsible.
